The most awaited first State of the Nation Address of Duterte at the House of Congress has been filled with ad-libs that made it more a personal speech for the masses.

Unlike the previous presidents who usually addressed the Senate, The Congress and the political corps, This one really made it through our ears, to us the common people.

Even before SONA has to be delivered, Duterte already made progress by assuring the Filipinos that the Executive Order on Freedom of Information will be signed.

The FOI aims to make public documents more available to the public.

Another one is setting truce with the Communist Party of the Philippines-National Democratic Front and its armed group New People's Army.

After resumption of talks the declaration of ceasefire will follow and this will be finalized before SONA.

But the most highlight of pre-SONA events for the netizens is when Digong dances NaeNae.

The video of Duterte dancing has gone viral on social media and earned positive feedbacks.

One netizen said,

"The video is funny but I cried, I felt that President Duterte is closer to the public, I felt his love for the country unlike the past administration. Now I can say that we have a good and brave leader. "

On thursday the Philippines' formal induction into office of Rodrigo Duterte as the sixteenth President was a mixed and balanced of different people.

Some came from the poor and rich statuses.There were artists, businessmen,priest and people with different ideologies.All gathered together.

We all know that is the kind of person Duterte is- a unifying ecumenical President.

Humorists are also welcome in his administration.In fact, the newly-elected President himself is number one in cracking jokes.

Just like this funny guy during Duterte's inauguration.While waiting for oath-taking,good humor ease that little boredom when he made faces in the camera.

Alexis Lumbatan, the funny guy who winked and smiled on national TV,  told abs-cbn that he is a happy man and that he just want to add to the festive ambience at the Malacanang Palace.

"I am a happy person, simula noong maliit pa ako. Gusto ko good vibes lang," said Alex.

Although he made faces in the cam to give good vibes, he clarified that he is behave for the rest of the occasion.

Alexis Lumbatan is a lawyer working for  Duterte's sons, Vice Mayor Paolo and Sebastian for nine years.

He was campaigning for Digong and now feels accomplished that his bet won the presidency.

Jose Manalo Falls into the River while doing "Sugod Bahay"

Eat Bulaga's comedian host Jose Manalo accidentally fell into the Santolan river in Malabon City while hosting the "Sugod Bahay" on Tuesday June 14.

Being the usual comedic,Jose parodize what the locals do in crossing the river using an improvised raft.

While demonstrating to the public,he gets a little bit entangled by the ropes used as guide and suddenly lost his balance and splashed.

The hosts in the studio could not help but laugh seeing Manalo's blooper.

Although the camera did not captured the first fall-because the second is a demonstration-Richard Palace, a fan captured the incident through his smartphone.
